Tafsir is no longer confined to classical texts but has expanded into digital spaces through social media, mobile applications, websites, and artificial intelligence-based platforms. This article aims to analyze the role of digital tafsir in promoting religious moderation grounded in the Qur’anic concept of wasathiyyah (moderation). Employing a qualitative approach based on library research and digital content analysis, this study examines how inclusive interpretive narratives are constructed and disseminated, as well as the challenges involved, including the reduction of complex meanings and the potential ideological misuse of Qur’anic verses. The findings indicate that digital technology offers substantial opportunities to broaden the reach of moderate interpretations and to foster inclusive, dialogical, and peace-oriented religious discourse. However, these opportunities are accompanied by critical challenges, such as the erosion of interpretive depth and the fragmentation of religious authority. Therefore, a robust epistemological framework of tafsir, combined with sensitivity to socio-cultural contexts, is essential to ensure that digital interpretations remain meaningful and relevant. Data were obtained from questionnaires administered to employees of PT X and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Before testing the proposed hypotheses, several classical assumption tests—including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity—were conducted to verify the suitability of the regression model. The analysis revealed that mental health exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on employee performance, whereas workload does not demonstrate a statistically significant relationship with performance. Among the independent variables, mental health emerged as the strongest predictor of employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of employees' psychological well-being in fostering higher productivity and improving overall work outcomes. Viewed from an Islamic perspective, the results reflect the principles of maqashid al-shariah, particularly hifz al-nafs (the preservation of life), which emphasizes safeguarding psychological well-being as a foundation for achieving professional excellence (itqan), trustworthiness (amanah), productivity, and collective welfare (maslahah) in the workplace. The findings enrich the existing body of knowledge in human resource management and offer practical guidance for organizations seeking to develop policies that strengthen employees' mental well-being while promoting sustainable organizational performance through the integration of contemporary management practices and Islamic ethical principles.</p> Rd. This research employs an empirical juridical method by integrating in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including Ministry of Religious Affairs officials and private travel agency administrators. The findings indicate that while digital integration through SISKOPATUH significantly bolsters procedural compliance, a persistent gap remains between these regulatory benchmarks and the substantive quality of service delivered to pilgrims. Furthermore, this systemic discrepancy is exacerbated by persistent technical limitations, including irregular network connectivity and inadequate digital literacy among certain operational staff, which hinder the full realization of institutional accountability. The study concludes that digital transformation within the pilgrimage sector should serve as a catalyst for holistic governance rather than functioning solely as a tool for bureaucratic surveillance.
